About the Club

Red Hill Ski Club is a small ski area located on the southeast face of Red Hill in Moultonborough, NH. Serving local families since its opening in 1956, the club is 100% volunteer run and operated. The hill features three primary trails and is serviced by a greater than 800 foot long rope tow which moves skiers and snowboarders up the hill as fast as high speed detachable chairlifts.

When Snow Falls, We’re Here

At Red Hill Ski Club, we believe that skiing should be accessible and affordable for everyone. That's why our all-volunteer club relies on the hard work and dedication of our members to keep the ski area maintained and running smoothly.

Club History

The origins of Red Hill Ski Club dates back to 1956, when Robert and Elizabeth Hammond purchased land off Sheridan Road, cleared a slope, and installed a rope tow. They then assisted in helping to organize a club to operate the slope for locals. In 1979, the Hammonds generously transferred the facility and land to the club, where it has remained ever since.
